A list with the episodes that matter from Kyukyu Sentai GoGoFive (Adapted into Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue)
These episodes are the ones that are important because they introduce a villain, a new ranger, death of a villain, death of a ranger or someone important to the show, introduces a family member of a ranger, weapon, mecha/zord, ranger, powerups/new form, an important or a recurring character leaves or is introduced.
Kyukyu Sentai GoGoFive has 50 episodes. After cutting off all the filler, the show has 26 episodes worth watching.

ReplyDeleteI just finished watching Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger and there are very little filler episodes (as expected of Gokaiger). Gokaiger is amazing to watch all the way from start to finish (meaning that my Gokaiger filler guide may be pointless) but fillerish episodes I encountered were episodes:
13 (character-focused though)
22
27 (body-swap episode)
arguably 6 (character-focused)
arguably 23 (ex-bad guy-focused)
But still worth the watch probably to the point where maybe a filler guide for Gokaiger may or may not be necessary.
But this would be noteworthy to add:
Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle is canon, taking place between episodes 16 & 17 (this is important as Ep. 17 references the movie)
Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship (between Ep. 23 & 24 but can be skipped)
Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs. Uchuu Keiji Gavan: The Movie (between Ep. 46 & 47 but can be skipped)

DeleteAfter I finished Gokaiger, I was watching a few Kamen Rider seasons to get me introduced to Kamen Rider not counting including Kamen Rider Build (as my first KR, not counting 3 episodes of Masked Rider I saw years ago) and Kamen Rider Dragon Knight (Ryuki's adaptation). I might watch Kamen Rider Ryuki after I'm done with Hikari Sentai Maskman. I'm 2 episodes in so far.
